Spring brings with it many forms of cleansing. Washing the house from door to door, clearing out hard rubbish, cleaning out files in the office…Well this is what Ia m up to! So with in mind I thought I would send you a few tips on areas to concentrate on within your RTO. Here are 7 tips to get you started.
- Check that everything you have on scope is current
- Review your learning and assessment strategies
- Make sure your staff are current and it is recorded
- Conduct a PD session with your trainers/assessors
- Review feedback from recent clients
- Talk to someone influential in your industry to find out what is really happening out there.
- Validate an assessment tool (or several if you have the impetus)
