We love it when we work with businesses that have a good understanding of the RTO compliance and are really trying to make a mark with their RTO. So many companies that come to mind as I write this, and there is not one I can single out. There are a couple that perhaps do stand out at this point; there is the RTO that works with the rural communities and assists them in providing training for employment in the outback. Then there is the RTO that works with school children and providing them with skills to enable them to have a career pathway. Then there is the RTO who works with small business owners and provides a mentoring service to them and their business, as well as providing them with a nationally recognised qualification.
While the process of becoming an RTO can be confusing, for many the teams embrace the challenge and work to understand the requirements. That is where the satisfaction comes. As well as seeing them grow into their future endeavours. We love to continue to catch up and guide them through the processes and helping them to manage their duties within the RTO space.
