RTO Workshop for all to attend. The USI Office is committed to supporting their stakeholders through regular communication and ongoing improvement of their systems and processes. With the upcoming release of the Transcript Service and other major system upgrades, these workshops will give RTOs an excellent opportunity to learn about the new features, have questions answered and help the USI Office assist RTOs by improving the service. The workshops will also feature guest speakers from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER). 
- ATO will present a session on ‘Upcoming opportunities with AUSkey authentication’
- NCVER will tackle the issue of ‘How to correct USI transcripts if required’
- RTO enrolment staff and managers and anyone working with USI Office and USI Registry System on a daily basis are encouraged to attend.
