Have you a copy of the mapping tool to the assessment activities that incorporates:

• The outcomes and performance requirements of the unit
• The skills and knowledge essential to competent performance
• Has knowledge and skills been integrated into the practical application

Has sufficient evidence been collected?

Have the assessment tool addressed a range of assessment methods enabling evidence from a mix of sources?

Has the evidence been gathered in the workplace or simulated workplace context?

Have the assessment tools and plan been validated?

Has the evidence gathering process reflected the needs of the candidates?

Have you enabled RPL assessment?

Have you applied reasonable adjustments, where appropriate, depending on the characteristics of candidates or explained reasons for not making adjustments?

Have you documented the evidence of candidates?
