As with all quality requirements, feedback is a key to meeting compliance. It also is a key to improving your systems and meeting the requirements of your clients.
As a business owner feedback is the cheapest, most powerful, yet, a management tool that is the most under used, and one that we have at our disposal. Many business owners see feedback as a threat but I totally believe it is a very important part of the F4 Solutions journey and providing a quality product and service to customers. Is your RTO receptive to feedback?
Working without feedback is similar to setting out an important journey minus a map or the signposts. You may have a great sense of direction but this may not be sufficient to keep you on track. Feedback is essential to learning, to ensure quality, to appreciate the business strengths, and the weaknesses that may need changing, also assisting personnel with the motivation to improve. Use your feedback to your advantage.
I also acknowledge that customers who are online looking for a product or service are also looking for comments other people have made about that particular product or service. So feedback is also essential to let others know about the product.
