Recognising Uses Of The Plan

The plan is not only a tool to show to the auditor or Registering Body, it also is a tool to assist you in your day-to-day tasks as you progress in your business. I know from experience that we all have an aversion to doing anything that doesn’t immediately help the situation we’re are currently in. It even might look light additional work; trust me it is worth the effort. A little foresight and action before the fact can help eliminate many of the problems we face each day. It also assists us to have a more organised and effective response. That’s what planning does.
