Planning is part of the foundations of your RTO. You need to develop those foundations to build strength and robustness into your RTO. it is from this strong foundation that your business will grow in the future.
Recognising Uses Of The Plan
The plan is not only a tool to show to the auditor or Registering Body, it also is a tool to assist you in your day-to-day tasks as you progress in your business. I know from experience that we all have an aversion to doing anything that doesn’t immediately help the situation we’re are currently in. It even might look light additional work; trust me it is worth the effort. A little foresight and action before the fact can help eliminate many of the problems we face each day. It also assists us to have a more organised and effective response. That’s what planning does.
