The challenges of developing courses and training systems that meet the needs of learners and industry whilst fulfilling the requirements of regulatory bodies including the Training Accreditation Council are considerable to say the least. I like to joke that if it was easy everyone would be doing it. But when deadlines are looming, I am overloaded with information and the size and complexity of the task at hand seems to expand by the minute it is no joke.
Merinda has been an invaluable asset to Railtrain through her ability to apply a deep understanding of training and regulatory requirements and to predict and solve the problems that arise in the management and administration of a Registered Training Organisation. There is no doubting Merinda’s capability to help establish and run an RTO and the way she goes about it is remarkable. Merinda’s ability to bring perspective through calm good humour makes her a pleasure to work with.
