Recently I listen to a Ted talk by Angela Ahrendts about Human Energy.
This is my take on what she said and how it can be implemented into the lives of people in the VET sector.
We all breathe, take in air.
We all take in and emit energy.
The energy is forward charging which creates challenges and embraces those challenges. When things are moving faster, you subconsciously want to be part of it. You can’t explain it. It allows people to collectively do extraordinary things.
Positive energy helps to counterbalance the negative disruptive energy out there.
When you work together and create positive energy it creates confidence, a safe environment, a place where people want to belong. When your business, your RTO creates the positive energy, people want to be there, they want to join in, they want you to help them.
When you provide emotive energy it inspires others to give more, and creates more.
Think about your business and the energy that is needed to create your dreams. Does it inspire others to be part of your dream? Does your team create emotive energy that in turn creates a positive work environment?
Energy needs to come from a very deep core, your truest intuition and belief.
Trust – where we all derive our greatest strength and power. It is the basis in every single relationship. It unlocks freedom and peace.
Intuition – a form a wisdom the gift of knowing without reason. Usually more right than wrong. We can feel our way through life, personally and professionally. Be perceptive and receptive. Only when you follow your instinct and possibilities become realties.
Belief – begins with hope, reinforced with facts and evidence, and it becomes belief. Belief creates the success that breeds more success.
Given all the noise out in the world are you getting your message across?
Technology creates noise where the lines of communication are forever blurred.
Be a CONDUIT – a physical connector.
You are the connector. There is no secret that feeling is the essence of human communication. Compelling emotive content is vital, so that people believe you are standing right there with them. Create a positive energy for your RTO.
