Session plans

What are the benefits of having session plans?

Are they required by ASQA Auditors?

Well just as I have been talking about having quality assessment tools, the training needs to stand up to the rigour test as well.

Having session plans mean you are developing tools, that keep trainers on track, ensure they cover the topics needed for the assessment outcomes and keeps a quality focus of your delivery.

Remember your delivery is a story itself about your RTO.

Some trainers do not have specific session plans with them all the time, usually because the learning material or visual presentation has been constructed in such way that they systematically cover all training objectives.

I personally find them very useful to ensure I cover everything and to keep me on track.

So when working with a client, I always recommend them to be developed, they add the quality seal to your RTO, as well as adds depth to your auditors investigations.
