I am writing to thank you sincerely for your excellent templates for the RTO that we purchased from you. Having seen other material, I was concerned that it would be difficult to follow, or not workable in a practical setting. Having lectured at tertiary level, and being really pedantic when it comes to systems being clear, workable and logical, I would have to be one of your hardest customers to please. However, your system was superb, and I would like to share our following experience with it.
The company that I was assisting at the time required nearly all of the templates, and was under a very tight time frame – when I started they had only 2 weeks to get ready for a full audit. They had been quoted in the order of $10,000 to set up the RTO materials by another consultant. Your template materials were under $2000, and even considering the time it took to specifically tailor it for the company, the saving was several thousand dollars. More importantly, the auditers were very impressed, and the company flew through the audit.
The materials are now being used by the RTO on a day to day basis, and staff are finding them very workable, with clear pathways. The system you have developed is logical, clear, professional, and your service was outstanding. I really dont know how to thank you enough for this, but would recommend this system wholeheartedly.
