Be active in the VET FEE-HELP Reforms
On 12 March 2015 the Assistant Minister for Education and Training, Senator the Hon Simon Birmingham, announced that the Government will make important reforms to the VET FEE-HELP scheme to address rogue training providers and better protect students taking out VET FEE‑HELP loans.
As part of this process the department will also be hosting provider consultation forums around Australia, and several webinar provider consultation sessions, over the next few weeks. These forums will provide an opportunity for the department to present the proposed reforms and provide an opportunity for approved providers to provide feedback.
